An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Your Role:

You are responsible to monitoring daily operational tasks for truck route planning, developing route maps, communicate such information to all parties concerned, assist Department Manager in order to achieve business growth assigned by the company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing evaluation of route efficiencies, develop strategies for improvement and report suggested changes to the Transportation Manager.
• Solve daily operation problems either internally or externally caused.
• Report areas of concern and non-compliance to the Transportation Manager.
• Make sure to be clearly understand customer’s SOP as well as own SOP
• Coordinate and help provide full support to other departments for any customer’s requirements
• Assist Transportation Manager with ongoing orientation, training and evaluation to the drivers’ group.
• Ensure drivers’ awareness of road and traffic rules and regulation at all times.
• Ensure drivers’ awareness of administrative procedures pertinent to the transportation function.
• Promote safe work practices in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety.
• Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Standards.
• Other assignments by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• 3 years of experience in transportation field specially nationwide
• Good command of English both writing and speaking
• Computer literacy (excel, power point, words, email)
• Problem solving skills
• Good team player
• Work well under pressure
• Challenging (well accepting changes)
