Responsible of insurance policy & claim process for City Holdings group of companies

Responsible to monitor, plan and manage the trading cashflow which related to overseas trade suppliers, Forex transactions and payments to overseas trade suppliers for City Holdings group of companies
• Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow transactions which related to overseas suppliers
• Forecast daily cash requirements and report to Treasury Manager and Executive Director
• Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems which related to overseas trading to optimize efficiencies.
• Maintain relationships with insurance agent and manage insurance claim process
• Assist Treasury manager for renewal of insurance policy
• Additional duties as directed by Treasury Manager

Job Requirements

• Experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses is preferred.
• Experience in managing trade financing
• Knowledge of insurance, banking, and currency trading.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Microsoft office
• Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Interested in process improvement.
• Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction.
• Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills.
