• Maintain the relationship with existing banks while developing new relationship with potential banks
• Elicit and analyze proposals for banking and financing services.
• Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits Group's requirements
• Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines
• Answer all the questions from existing bankers for annual credit reviews of SG entities and provide the requested info to them
• Liaise with Group Finance team and Corporate secretary team to obtain the requested data for relevant bank facilities
• Review the financial reports/data of BUs level or Group level and clarify with relevant Finance heads before passing the report/data to Banks
• Find out the potential facilities with the existing and new banks to explore the prospective projects to work between bank and CDSG
• Provide answers for all queries from the new/potential banks
• Review the usage of existing trade and other treasury facilities
• Identify the specific treasury/ cash management needs of each BUs
• Explore for those BU needs with banks for new/ better solutions
• Liaise with legal team, bank and Corporate secretary for bank documentation matters
• Liaise with relevant BU so that their treasury related needs are identified, understood and met by banks
• Reviews the facility agreements and provide analysis to management for decision
• Assist them in coordination and discussion with banks for the local financing in Myanmar until the product is signed, sealed and delivered to BUs
• Negotiate with banks for better rates and terms from the Group stand
• Provide ad hoc tax advice to the Group / BU / Cluster as required
• Support any ad hoc enquiries from Sr Management

Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
Prefer ACCA 2 completed candidates
Minimum 7 years accounting/finance experience
Highly detail oriented and organized in work
Ability to meet assigned deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
