Position Purpose
Responsible for funding (debt, equity and donation), asset, liquidity and liability management and the financial risk of VisionFund.
Key responsibilities
 Prepare, review and update treasury plans
 Analyse VisionFund’s Cash flow needs and ensure to have equated funds to support its operations.
 Monitor fund sources and explore new funding opportunity
 Liaise and coordinate with key lenders, donors’ visits
 Lead in preparing reports and build critical relationship with stakeholders

Job Requirements

About you
 Master degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
 Three years’ experience with senior level financial management or supervisory position
 Understanding of Micro Finance Operations and/or Banking
 Good communication skills in English and Myanmar
 Must to provide a clean criminal background and reference check
