Responsibilities
● Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum team.
● Identify user requirements and creates personas through researching and analyzing user’s needs, preferences, objectives, and working methods.
● Develop and deliver esthetically appealing concepts, UX/UI design, wireframes, interactive prototypes, mock ups and final solutions based on user centric design process
● Apply user feedbacks to iterate on solutions as needed and provide UX/UI recommendations based on user testing, analytics, and observations.
● Prepare documentation to clearly communicate design ideas and prototypes to other designers and to developers.
● Find creative ways to solve UX challenges and design solutions, interaction model, information structures, UI, evaluating information representation, & conducting critiques.
● Collaborate effectively with other designers as well as with other cross-functional domains such as: marketing, brand & communications and front-end developers to ensure a cohesive design system.
● Keeps abreast of competitor products, industry trends and user best practices.
● Performs other related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

● Bachelor degree in Creative Design or related fields
● Minimum 2 years of experience with UI/UX design
● Minimum 1 year of user experience research
● Strong portfolio of design projects
● Strong understanding of design process and best practices
● Good understanding of end-to-end customer journey
● Highly-motivated self-starter with a passion for making high quality apps
● Strong communication skills, strong sense of ownership and drive
● Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Preferred Qualifications

● Familiarity with UI prototyping tools such as: Axure, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or other relevant tools
● Familiarity with Mobile app design or Web page design
● Exposure to Scrum or Kanban methodologies
● Familiarity with Human Factors
● Familiarity with Research, Surveys and Competitor analysis
● Familiarity with Usability testing methods and best practices
