Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

* Directing supervisors or subordinates in the unit to provide best service to customer in checking counter service, escort services at arrival/ departure gate service based on the Service Agreement with the clients.
* Making shift work schedule to provide appropriate number of qualified personnel to passenger service based on the agreement.
* Determining work procedures, work schedules and expedites workflow, improving efficiency of subordinates, proper job assignment,
* Keeping the record of training and qualification of each personnel in the unit and assisting department head in that the required training cab be performed in accordance with IATA or ICAO standard at proper frequency.
* Monitoring staff's attendance and overtime and oversea requets for vacation, sick leave, leaves of absence, etc. and verifies timesheets.
* Personal and team compliance with Health and Safety, Security and Environmental obligations and evaluation for each worker's performance.
* At daily operations, carries out appropriatly correspondence on irregularity and maintain amicable relationship with an airline.

Job Requirements

* Must have more than (5) years' experience in airline field
* Bachelor (or) related field certificate
* Can fully communication in English.
* Needs to be aviation-related experience and knowledge.
* Can Make calm judgment logically.
* Can lead a subordinate without hesitation.
* Can negotiate equally to the staff of an airlines and passenger.
* Has a strong sense of responsibility.
* Must have team works.
