• To perform as the key technical person to provide end–to-end solution development and deliverable in order to fulfill user needs
• To manage cost effective with innovative solutions.
• Able to prepare budgets and approvals to realize the technical solutions.
• Able to resolve technical issues and conflicts related to the service/products before and after launch
• Be responsible to manage vendor internal tests, IT SAT and UAT for related solutions and products
• Be accountable for other specific related assignments from management

• Experience in development of the IT systems.
• Experience in maintenance and operations of the IT systems.
• Capable of IT project management
• Capability to have system architect skill and capable of system design
• English and Myanmar language
• Capability for excellent communication with stakeholders
