Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

-Preparing – submitting the action plan (include detail scenario about new function/ promotion program):
-Preparing plan: on 23rd every month.
-Signing the plan to BOD: on 25th every month.
-Unify with technical (IT Billing Dept., NOC Dept. or partner technical) about the technical project, detail scenario of new function/promotion program before signing action plan.
-Sending the official statement to technical team and push them to deploy new function/promotion program.
-Supervising the rate of progress deploy new function/promotion program: daily update.
-Reporting – explaining the reason to Manager.
-Test, check and take over the new function/promotion program with IT Billing Dept., NOC Dept. Call Center, Finance Dept. about:
- The scenario
-The charging of subscription fee/ content fee.
-Data comparison.
-Supervising VAS service by daily.
-Checking the content quality & quantity and have to some change (if any).
-Cooperating with technical to solve the service error and report to Manager.
-Receiving hand over from New service staff and have to:
- Test service again follow the scenario.
- Check the service charging.
-Increasing subscribers who using VAS service by official deploy the promotion program, new function, advertising plan.
- Following daily VAS result and propose modify service/new advertising plan… to achieve the target.
- Building monthly/quarterly/yearly action plan for each service.
- Unify with PR Dept. about monthly communication frequency and content.
- Deploying – following – evaluating the communication program result by daily.
- Proposing add on or remove some advertising channel or change advertising content (if any).
