Main Responsibilities:

- Use your business management and industry knowledge of Video service to define, lead, and continuously improve the performance of your accounts.
- Be comfortable managing multi-party, virtual and global teams, and able to exert influence over a diverse stakeholder group including internal providers, external value chain partners, and customer stakeholder groups, in achieving your assigned business objectives.
- Requiring a sound capability in business management and experience in Video service obtained from either of the telecoms, internet, or media industries.
- Manage a team including both direct and virtual team members, from domains including PMO, Business Operations, Service Management, Technology & Business Services.
- Huawei Myanmar video service core driving force.
- Be responsible to the video service planning, strategy, product, and business models design.
- Support the sales of Myanmar
- Build up the promotion channels and product operation strategy, plan and organization.
- Analyze the product data scientifically, improve the project revenue and stimulate data traffic.
- Keep good relationship with the content partners.

Main Requirements:

- Over 5 years of experience within OTT video/ Pay TV related industry featuring positions in business leadership. And over 3 years of experience within video content operation.
- The capability to analyze the business operations and market conditions. And output the recommendations for the improvement of product strategy and business proposal.
- Familiar with the video service operation and output the operation solution and plan.
- Good at the organization of project plan and the control of schedule, quality and cost.
- Possess good network with global, regional and content partners.
- Must be innovative, open-minded with strong passion in the industry to align partnership with external business partners and formula development strategies for profitable product or service offerings.
- Fluent communication in English, Strong communication skills (English mandatory), both verbal and written, with advanced business communication capability.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to coordinate with other departments to complete assignments.
- Good problem solver with extensive management skill.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Able to work cross-culture and manage virtual teams with differing cultural background and international locations.
