-    Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
-    Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
-    Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
-    Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
-    Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
-    Report and escalate to management as needed.
-    Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
-    Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
-    Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
-    Use and continually develop leadership skills.
-    Work on any other assignments as directed by the Section Head and/or Department Head. 

-     B.Tech(IT) / B.E(IT) / Bachelor degree in Computer Science (or) other relevant academic backgrounds     (IT degree with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferable!)
-     Age between 30 and 40
-     At least 5 ~ 7 years of working experience in Projects Management (Experience in Banking technology projects is preferable!) 
-     Proven experience in managing vendors
-     Be familiar with Project Management methodology
-     Strong analytical skill, reasoning ability skill, good interpersonal skill and coordination skill
-     Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
-     Computer literate and proficient in English (Written and Verbal)
-     Myanmar Nationality Only
