An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Waiting person who take responsibilities to served food, beverage and friendly service to customer. And also have responsible to do side work to open and close the restaurant Need to arrive the respective floor 15 minutes earlier than duty time.
• Follow the supervisor order by briefing, double check assign station or responsibilities concern.
• Take hand over- from previous shift and fill up the mis en place.
• Need to follow the duty assign and side work to be complete.
• Possible to replace the persons who take leave or PH.
• Must be stand by at service station to take care the customer’s order.
• Need to have knowledge of food and Beverage selling in the Restaurant. Possible to give suggestion to customer.
• Must understand Standard Operation Procedure ( SOP) and fully apply it in the operation.
• Possible to take care the customer requirement and dealing.
• Try to make up selling the beverages and promotion food Items.
• Must observe the customer’s order whether complete or not before serve the dish to customer table.
• Keep clean the respective station area, cutleries, Tables & chairs and floor cleanliness.
• Must isolate the damp table wiping cloth from other linen.
• Need to follow and obey supervisor instruction.
• Must know the not available item-food and beverage.
• Must understand the answering telephone technic.
• Must check the customer satisfaction must note that the customer give outstanding issue and report to the supervisor on duty.
• Must record Everything in information book and hand over to next shift before you off duty.
