Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Ensures that the warehouse is efficiently organized/ well-maintained and secure
2. Ensures that all documentation and procedures are properly implemented( GRN, Delivery Notes)
3. Leads the group of Warehouse Attendants while ensuring their well-being and safety
4. Keeps contacts of Warehouse Attendants in the area that are ready to be employed on a day-to-day basis as needed
5. Makes sure to be reachable 24/7 for emergency cases
6. Assists the Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse when goods are received/handed over correctly and in a good condition
7. Updates the Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse of all activities at the warehouse
8. Assists in the supervision of all physical movement of stock (goods received from clients/suppliers and goods supplied to subcontractors and site controllers)
9. Assists the weekly random stock count and the monthly general stock count
10. Follows up with the warehouse employees and the transport agent for a smooth flow of the material supply process
11. Updates all the product stock cards, to capture the daily transaction of the product (new arrival, returned, issued).
12. Ensures that the physical stock item is matching with the stock card balance which’s attached to each item while conducting the weekly and monthly stock count.
