Your Role

Report directly to the Operations Manager for day to day warehouse operations in Mingalardone Industrial area.

Your Responsibilities;

• Manage daily operation activities to satisfy customer at over expectation level and highest efficiency level and comply with the policy and procedure.
• To be a key player of operation development including process, equipment and especially people development.
• Maintain accuracy of data entry for all Warehouse Management and Information systems for all stock transactions i.e. receiving, put-away, picking, dispatch, cycle count, stock checks, stock takes and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure all procedures/Work instructions are properly documented, understood, and apply by all employees.
• Well prepare, record and monitor documents/reports and customer reporting requirement.
• Coordinate and respond to concern parties, management and customer in any operation issues on a timely basis.
• Drive the warehouse operation team to correct and prevent any issues in warehouse process, ISO compliance and 5S & Safety.
• Supervising and monitoring all subordinates under supervision to perform work process and behave according to company’s rules, regulation and disciplinary.
• To be company representative in order to provide customer support and basic problem solving.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in all warehouse-controlled areas.

Your Requirements;

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or logistics management.
• 3-5 years working experience in supervising level, warehouse environment
• Competency in English and computer.
• Good at Presentation and Communication skill
• Strong leadership skill
• Proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce to achieve desired results.
• Familiar with fast-pace environment and result focused.
