Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

1) Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and operational, and personnel policies and procedures
2) Checking that the correct quality and type of goods have been received
3) Recording any damaged, missing or faulty goods
4) Signing the delivery form, once satisfied that the goods are completely corrected
5) Moving the goods to the correct area in the warehouse and labelling goods
6) Allocating storage space for goods, relocating and re-stacking goods to make space for a new delivery
7) Keeping records of goods, location and quantity
8) Re-ordering if stock levels fall too low
9) Picking goods that have been ordered and keeping records of goods which have been picked
10) Make sure issuing fast in fast out system and quality control of goods in and/ or goods out
11) Preparing dispatch notes and labels and loading the goods to delivery truck
12) Maintaining the warehouse in a tidy state and clearing away packing material and debris
13) Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling to achieve work results
14) Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following the standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations

Job Requirements

1) Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehouse Management, preferably in bakery, food, retail service or FMCG sector
2) Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office
3) Strongly motivated and creative individual
4) Meticulous with an eye for detail
