Responsibilities
Goods In / Out
• Make sure that stock is key in/out in the system correctly and timely basic.
• Checking that the correct quantity and type of goods have been received/dispatched.
• Recording any damaged, missing, expired or faulty goods and report accordingly.
• Generate the stock reports.
• Always update the stock movement in the system.
• Preparing dispatch notes and labels.

Storage & Stock Control
• Allocating storage space to goods.
• Storing the goods in the most efficient and appropriate way.
• Relocating and re-stacking goods to make space for a new delivery.
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records (often computerized) of goods, their location and quantity.

General Responsibilities
• Compliance with security procedures and health & safety.
• Maintaining the document and filling properly.
• Using computerized systems, barcode scanners and other technology to record goods movement.
• Other general ad-hoc as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Min. 3 years of experience.
• Familiar with warehouse software.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Be attentive to detail.
• Be willing to assume a variety of tasks to keep the warehouse functioning.
