Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Overall management on warehouse finished products and A&P materials and draught delivery operations by MBL own trucks.

• Management of forklift reorder, repair and maintenance, fuel usage and man-power, supervise for stock accuracy – quantity, quality, stock rotation (FIFO, LIFO).

• Setting guidelines and monitoring for loading/unloading & organizing team for individual development and improvements.

• Responsible for the whole operations to be compliance with the set systems and procedures for safety, smooth operations, and good house-keeping according to ISO standards.

• To make sure of daily and weekly self-stock taking and monthly & year-end stock-take together with Finance Department and Auditors (PCIA or External).

• Responsible for enough finished goods availability for distributions & commercial.

• Manage for generating daily, weekly, monthly reports in timely basis.

• Taking responsibility for contract workers’ payment and cost effectiveness.

• To check and recommend (when required) replacement, repair & maintenance for damages of store building, doors, roller shutters, roofs, floor, wooden pallets, electric material etc…etc…

• Additional duties apart from the above description may be assigned from time to time for job enlargement and training opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Any university degree holder, Preferable with additional qualification on logistics & supply chain management.

• Being familiar with IT skills such as computer, Microsoft office, email and etc.

• Good team player with good attitude, open-minded and willing to work with others.

• Demonstrate ability to lead different levels of staff, Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently, handle ad hoc projects and able to work under pressure to meet target timeline.
