Job Description

-Specialist logistics, distribution and inventory control
-control inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with the excel sheet and bin card
- keep stock control record up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
- coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods
- supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations
- effectively monitor flows of goods and implements first-in first-out (FIFO) method in the use of raw materials
- immediately resolves inventory variances per cycle count and provides immediate solution to significantly reduce the variance
- liaise with customers, suppliers, logistics , transport companies and custom clearance agent
- Processing purchase request for store items and coordinates with the purchaser with regards to incoming deliveries of raw materials and supplies
- communicate with suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of products
- provides advice and support to other departments on production planning, inventory control and warehouse matters
- report monthly inventory, near expiry, slow moving, damage report etc.

- Any bachelor degree
- At least three years experience in related field
- Computer basic and English four skills required
- Good communication, energetic, active and self-motivated
- Leadership skill
