Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Develop and oversee the Warehouse management system and processes.
• Plan and organise the storage of construction materials
• Manage the daily operation of the warehouse including receiving, stocking and issuing activities.
• Plan and allocate store duties to the store personnel and monitor their performance. Provide guidance and training to develop the warehouse worker’s knowledge and skills.
• Ensure inventory accuracy with monthly and quarterly cycle count and reduce or eliminate discrepancies.
• Manage and schedule the maintenance of the warehouse’s equipment such as forklifts, stackers, lifting cranes, etc.
• Maintain high standard of safety and security in the warehouse as well as the maintenance of the warehouse property.
• Co-ordinate the deliveries of goods from warehouse to sites and other assigned locations.

Job Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Warehouse Management or Business Administration.
• Must have at least 3 to 6 years of warehouse experience preferably in construction industry.
• Must have good knowledge of construction materials storage as well as maintenance management of warehouse equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Those who are able to speak and write English will be an added advantage.
• Those who are able to operate lifting equipment such as forklift are preferred.
• Possess confidence, initiative and high energy or drive as well as able to work independently.
