Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

1. Control of Stock Inventory In and Out and manage junior staffs and helpers
2. Ownership of the inventory database accuracy and completences
3. Checking of physical stock and ensure the accuracy of the database and reports
4. Drive for the process improvement and assets tracking ERP system implementation
5. Prepare and analysis of the inventory reports
6. Keeping stock control system up to date and making sure inventories are accurate
7. Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
8. Handle the receiving, storage, handling distribution of all items that come in and out of the warehouse
9. Ensure the company’s assets (goods and equipment) are properly controlled and protected
10. Co-ordinate the deliveries of goods from store/warehouse to sites and other assigned locations

Job Requirements

1. At least 5 to 8 years experiences in handling inventory, logistics and warehouse management
2. Detail-oriented, good accuracy with numbers and organized
3. Initiative and self-motivated with integrity (trust-worthy, hones & hard working)
4. Computer proficiency especially with Advanced Excel/database/ERP and in English
5. Ability to work systematically, analyzing data with critical thinking skill
6. People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work and explain idea
7. Excellent in English four skills
