An Excellent Opportunity for ...

 Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling the data with
other department (materials ordered – usage = stock in warehouse)
 Must able to maintain at all times the missing/damage part report of each tower, PE,
DG… as reference for materials allocation from other department. Engineering and
power department are allocating materials to vendors based on the warehouse report.
 Inventory management and stock management, stock control.
 Monthly/weekly stock and status report to Head of Department and concern
Department.
 Arrangement of logistic process for warehouse & branches.
 Identify and manager risk within logistic & warehouse activities.
 Planning and arrange for warehouse space & comply with HSSE policy, Government
regulation and policy.
 In check for purchase order income container lists to accuracy for received product in
container.
 Deal and communicate with Government and authorities’ organization for licensing
relate with warehousing matters.
 Supervisor, coach and upgrade warehouse function and system.
 Manager warehouse team to create a good working environment.

Job Requirements

 Any Graduate.
 Age between (35- 45) year and have a fit health to work in warehouse.
 Over 5 year experiences & Telecom material knowledge (tower, power equipment,
DG…), HSSE awareness for warehousing.
 Good communication and negotiation skill (Both English and Myanmar).
 Good computer skills (MS office especially excel and email)
 Be able concentrate for long period of time, handle pressure with high sense of
confidentiality.
