• Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations
• Control and manage inventory by conducting ground stock counts; reconciling with data storage system and making the materials reordering for consumable items
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring operational procedure , safety procedure , cleaning , pest control and personal hygiene.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse and materials/goods by planning and implementing storage method , stock layouts , issuing work orders requisition for repair and replacement .
• Perform general maintenance of machinery used in the warehouse . Inspect condition of tools and equipment
• Communicate factory manager logistic transportation agency to ensure efficient delivery of products.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees . Following up of employee work results and evaluating qualitative and quantitative performance .
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Enforce all company rules and regulations
• Weekly Report to Mangement teams & Sale Teams
• Weekly Report to Audit the ground stock count
• Monthly Report to Mangement teams
• Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job
• Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate, B.Com, B.SC (Chemistry) is Preferably.
• At least (5) years experience in Warehousing Field.
• Leadership
• Teamwork
• Attention to detail
• Being responsible and accountable
• Ability to make sound decisions and judgement
• Ability to perform inventory control, inventory management, inventory valuation and logistics management such as loading and dispatching
• Ability to identify the efficient storage of raw materials, preforms and closures
• Ability to monitor and control his team for warehouse operations
• Ability to detect potential risk and report to Factory Manager
• Ability to set performance standards and identify training needs
• Ability to implement safety regulations and rules within department
