• Inputting data of warehouse into ERP and Warehouse system daily.
• Following up and updating import and export data
• Managing all warehouse document including collecting, inputting, arranging and filling data.
• Filling document as ISO procedure daily.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory system.
• Maintaining accurate inventory count, perform end-of-day inventory count and submit reports to Warehouse cum loading manager.
• Preparing required documents for WH/LM.
• Collecting data from Finance and production departments.
• Completing requisition forms to order additional equipment and supply.
• Stocking goods as company policy.

Job Requirements

• Graduated with any degree
• Diploma or any certificates in Accounting, Finance or Administration.
• 2-years experience in relevant position.
• Good at MS Office.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
• Good health.
• Careful and accurate.
