- RNC/BSC hardware installation supervising

- RNC/BSC/BTS software installation
- RNC/BSC/BTS integration in OSS

- Supporting subcontractors during site integration
- Alarm monitoring and clean-up

- Understanding the basics of parameters of base station subsystem (BSS)
- Work experience in telecom BSS not less than 5 years
