Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Manage the inventory movements transactions into, within, and out of the warehouse and ensure that documentation is complete, accurate, and timely
• Ensure system operation is adhering to IT, quality (QA) and warehousing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Generate operational and analytical reports to support operational supervisors and managers
• Coordinate, schedule, and participate in recurring cycle counts and full inventory counts
• Work in conjunction with the Fleet and Distribution Department and Metro to plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor stock levels and plan, in coordination with operations staff, replenishment and stock transfer tasks
• Support operations staff with barcode generation, printing, and labeling requirements, as needed.

Job Requirements

• IT literacy and experienced in using computers required.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience of using ERP systems (SAGE, SAP Oracle etc.)
• Experience and/or knowledge of warehouse & inventory management or warehouse operations (receiving, picking, etc.) is preferred Intermediate Microsoft Excel and/or data analysis skills.
• IT and/or system certifications are a bonus, but not required
• English comprehension: spoken (intermediate), written (advanced)
