• မြို့နယ်အတွင်း ကျေးရွာများသို့ သွားရောက်၍ တောင်သူများနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• စီမံကိန်းတိုးတက်မှု၊ လုပ်ငန်းအခြေအနေများကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး Report တင်ပြခြင်း
• တောင်သူများ၊ ဒေသဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့များနှင့် Company Team များနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• စီမံကိန်းလုပ်ငန်းများကို အချိန်မီနှင့် ထိရောက်စွာ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်ရန် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း
