• Maintain daily cash in/out flow records properly. • Prepare and verify daily/weekly/monthly cash report. • Preparation of daily/weekly cost analysis by customers. • Collect outstanding from customers/intercompany and prepare payment to suppliers. • Report weekly Debtors and Creditors list. • Prepare reports on an advance/prepayment/accruals. • Prepare payment vouchers and purchase orders as and when required. • Filing of cash vouchers and agreements. • Monthly assist to the senior for Income statements as well • Assist to other ad-hoc assignment.
