Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Prepares and records asset, Liability, revenue and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Maintains cash & bank balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, reconciling entries.
  • Prepare accurate financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss other statements.
  • Analyzing and scheduling general leger accounts, providing information for management
  • Delegate financial responsibilities to accounting team.
  • Check Branch all transactions and manage some of account issue if necessary.
  • Weekly account receivable, account payable & cash balance report.
  • Filing accounting related document.
  • Check with bank account & deposit cash received reply to our customer by mail.
  • Chase account receivable customer & collect account receivable if necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal process.
  • Weekly & Monthly money changer report to central bank

Job Requirements

  • Any graduated (Majored in Economics is preferred)
  • 3 or 4 years’ experience in Finance field
  • Proficient computer skills ,Microsoft Office Excel must be used
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate well with other to accomplish the result.
