Job Description

Maintaining the billing system.
Generating invoices and verifying invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
Maintain accounts receivable files records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
Performing account reconciliations.
Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via multi-channels.
Producing monthly financial and management reports relevant to A/R.
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.
Assisting in general financial management and analysis.

Job Requirements

Education : B.Com/LCCI/ACCA
Gender : Female
Experience : At least 2 years of working experience in accounts receivable (or accounts payable)
Language : Good in written and spoken English
Skills : Principles of finance and accounting. Good attitude and teamwork. Time management and detail orientation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
