  • Collaborate and work closely with the account management team
  • Prepare account service-related documents such as data collection, proposals, meeting agendas, meeting reports, other client communications, correspondence and activations as necessary.
  • Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
  • Create and/or provide feedback on project estimates and timelines.
  • File and process internal information as requested.
  • Maintain current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information as appropriate. Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-campaign/production service

  • Any graduate but prefer in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Good command in both written & spoken English Fluently
