We are looking for a passionate account executive with a consistent record of being a great teammate to support, execute, and fulfill the strategic objectives of a new start up in influencer marketing.

* Liaison between key stakeholders to ensure project runs smoothly.
* Collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders to develop, execute, and track various projects, timelines and influencer campaigns.
* Provide support for specific new business pursuits and sales – including but not limited to pitches and capabilities presentations.
* Develop best practice procedures for various programs and campaigns designed to enhance the service provided from the team including but not limited to, creating custom proposals, tracking opportunities and leads, calculating ROI on campaigns/projects.
* Monitor market, industry and competitive trends for the team. Conduct research related to clients, proposals, industry segments and competitors.
* Utilize the proprietary technology of Leaders in best practice to integrate in ongoing and pursuing campaigns.
* Ensure deliverables are provided for client in due timeline.
* Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports & updates for MD and BOD to review.

* Must have Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields.
* Minimum 2 years experience marketing/sales/business development/project management.
* Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening), as well as strong interpersonal skills.
* Tech Savvy, and computer and software skills.
* Positive can-do attitude with the motivation to get things done and grow with us.
