Overall Responsibility and Accountability:

• Report to Chief Accountant
• Financial & Cost Management, Monitoring of Effective Internal Control Pre Audit Management, Budgeting and Budgetary ControlKey Accountability
• To be Economy, Efficiency & Effectiveness in all transactions
• To overview daily transactions
• To Present the reports to Management effectively daily, monthly, yearly.

Key Tasks

• To supervise all financial assistants' performance
• To review the reports presented by financial assistants
• To ensure that all accurate and complete financial information are presented to management in timely manner
• To analyse financial data and report interpretation of analysis findings and suggest comment on improvement to Chief Accountant
• To guide and check costing calculation for pricing strategy
• To present financial reports to Chief Accountant (Including SOFP, SOPOL and SOCF)
• To ensure that all financial data and documents are organized and maintained properly
• To deal with the company tax matters- To arrange pre audit programs regularly
• To prepare cash flow
• To prepare budget at the beginning of the year and Quarterly with Chief Accountant
• To perform budgetary control procedures monthly and present finding to Chief Accountant
• Any other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant

Skills or Competencies Requirement

•  B.com & CPA(Fresher) & ACCA (Strategic level) with at least 5 years experience in Accounting fields
