Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Preparation of commercial tax, income tax and filing of quarterly or yearly return.
Preparation of audit schedule. Candidate will support all account payable functions including documentation, reconciliation of suppliers account, other ledgers.
Reports and accountable to the Finance & Accounting Director
Ensures accurate report of all Company’s cash in his care at all times.
Maintain Payment Request Advice register to ensure priority of payments according to Project Managers requirements
Deal with supplier payment queries
Coordinate with Account Manager on tax related issues
Provide necessary input for financial statements and reports
Maintain a correct system to identify all tax requirements
Prepare and submit all tax returns
Input all required data into the system
Check all invoice calculations against all supporting documentation
Check and verify all bank receipt and payment vouchers prior to forwarding for authorized signature
Maintenance of all invoice accounting records
Liaise with internal and external auditors
Control and supervise a system of cash advance
Preparation of cash book
Bank reconciliation with purchase ledger

Job Requirements

Good accounting and Taxation knowledge.
Degree or Diploma in Accounting, ACCA affiliate.
Any other job that may be assigned from time to time by the management and to work extended hours if required
At least 3 years working experience in Audit and Tax Firm or Account payable. A knowledge in the use of accounting software is a preference.
