Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Able to work independently and handle full set of accounts
  • Prepare debtors ageing list and monitoring of debt collection, send reminders
  • Ensure timely month-end closing and submission of monthly reports such as billing summary and bank reconciliations
  • Liaise closely with clients for all credit matters
  • Data entry for inventory in/out list
  • Prepare weekly report for inventory list
  • Monthly ground check in store
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management team

Job Requirements

  • B.Com or any other equivalent preferred.
  • Can Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) , Email or Internet fluently.
  • Candidates have at least 2 year experience in any related field.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure.
