Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Issuing monthly invoices and sending form 31 and official receipts for all customers and recording balances from weekly bank statements
- Checking with presales , project departments for required documents to create invoices
- Checking with finance team for receivable information and collect purpose
- Monthly reconciliation of account receivable & follow up receivable invoices
- Double checking weekly bank statements to ensure that payment collection procedure & process
- Documentation and filing for accounts receivable
- Weekly preparation for account receivable details list and aging list
- Monthly reporting for accounts receivable and participating in receivable discussion
- Reconciliation of account receivable with customers and handling customers' complaints

Job Requirements

- MS office Must be proficiency, data entry skills
- Active and young learners
- B.com/B.Act/D.A
- At least 1 year experience in related field
- English literature proficient
