Job Description

  • Prepare monthly client invoices in an accurate and timely manner, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
  • Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered. Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
  • Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
  • Obtaining information from other departments to ensure billing records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date.
  • Payment chasing, reviewing accounts, client payment and credit history to develop new or better repayment terms.
  • Follow up on, collect and allocate receipts, carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
  • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
  • Meticulously accurate abilities to calculate, post and manage necessary accounting figures and records
  • Good English language skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
  • Well versed in customer service and negotiation skills
  • Highly detail-oriented thinking and proven accuracy
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Three years and more experience preferable
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
