Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Assist with other accounting projects

Job Requirements

• B. Com, (or) Any Graduate and related Diploma or LCCI Level III,
• At least 1year experiences in related field.
• Must have good knowledge in Account Receivable.
• Candidate with good Microsoft office skill or experience with Accounting Software will be preferred.
• Must be fluent in Chinese 4skills.
• Must have good personality & communication skills.
• Excellent in Financial Reporting to Management.
