Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Daily

  • Prepare or verifying payments for HO divisions
  • Key-in payment vouchers and journal vouchers to GL
  • Running batch payment both Trade and Non-trade from system
  • Key-in Invoices to AP module
  • Key-in Petty cash, Advance, Clear Advance
  • Reconcile daily bank transactions (eg. payment/ receipt) with bank statement
  • Reconcile daily ReIM Invoices
  • Prepare Form 31 to supplier
  • Handle for Account Payable
  • Coordinate HO staffs

Monthly

  • Control running number for PV
  • Control Running Number for both Petty Cash and Advance
  • Assist in monthly closing (e.g. prepare balance schedule)
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation Report
  • Prepare supporting for journal vouchers

Others

  • Filing documents
  • Adhoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor and Manager

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor degree or B. Com or LCCI level 3 or related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, Auditing background
  • Positive attitude towards work 
  • Patience and detail oriented 
  • Fair in computer skills especially in MS Excel, Word
