Roles & Responsibilities
Daily o Prepare or verify payments for Fixed assets o Prepare journal vouchers for Fixed assetso Prepare PO, CEA for all HO and verify CEA, PO of Stores o Receiving Invoice, Receipt from fixed asset supplierso Coordinate with other departments both Store & HO about Fixed assetsMonthly o Prepare Fixed asset registero Run depreciation expenses in the systemo Reconcile Fixed asset data between FA and GL module.o Prepare monthly summary of Fixed asset against budget o Prepare accrual of fixed assets (if needed).Otherso Physical count fixed assets o Attach barcode sticker on assets o Filing fixed assets documentso Adhoc tasks as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements
o Bachelor degree in Accountingo At least 2 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, Auditing backgroundo Positive attitude towards work o Patience and detail oriented o Good teamwork o Fair in computer skills especially in MS Excel, Wordo Fair in English for communication
