Job Description

Providing analysis, calculations of economic profit and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies/agendas.
Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
Organizing and submit the annual business planning and budgeting exercise
Monitoring and evaluation the financial targets and agreed KPI (Keys Performance Index) targets.
Monitoring, Supervising and observe the timely submission of the monthly management financial reports, KPIs reports and any ad hoc reports.
Cash flow planning and remittance arrangement
Support in capital expenditure proposals and the quantitative and qualitative justification.
Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered.
Able to work and develop team work with business/ finance operation team on implementation of new products and responsible for the establishing the required accounting entries and the accounts codes for final authorization by the Controller.
Able to set up and implement the accounting policy and procedure plus inform and make any suitable recommendation and amendment to the policy and procedure caused by the changes in Myanmar Taxation, corporate accounting policy and procedure
Prepare and submission of the Company taxation to the Authority
Report and assist in investigation, correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports.
Ensure that all accounting and financial transactions are compliance with Myanmar Central Bank Regulations specific to the finance procedures.

Job Requirements

Degree in accounting or equivalent (CPA (or) bachelor degree and/or ACCA is preferable!)
Preferably have at least (5) years of managerial and leadership working experience in the Finance industry and banking
Good in Mathematical calculating, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Understanding, update and applies tax regulations and Myanmar Central Bank Regulations specific to the finance procedures of the organization
Ability to maintain confidential information, prioritize different tasks, and manage the team.
Able to communicate and good in written in English and Myanmar languages
Have initiative and able to work under pressure
Preferably Computer literate, good and/or excellent knowledge in Computerized Accounting software, Advance level in Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint software
