Job Description

  • Support the team for day-to-day operation
  • Involve in procurement office utilities/ device accessories etc. to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Book advance and expense, trace, and control floating amount of cash
  • Monthly Salary and PIT calculation, SSB fees register at the tax office.
  • Inventory Management; checking the stock in and out, balance and update it continuously
  • Purchase order preparation and assist in custom clearance document preparation
  • Booking advance custom tax and filing custom documents to offset in tax return
  • Prepare documents and assist in financial statements for quarterly and annual tax returns.
  • Account receivable management
  • Time to time, develop account policies for the internal control
  • Checking documentation expiry and update, renewal accordingly etc.(eg.UMFCCI certificates,FDA certificate)
  • Involve in throughout tender from document preparation to delivery and banking premium deposit to payment withdrawal.
  • Account reconciliation with third party firm and HQ reporting team time to time
  • Track sales target and achivements and information dissemination in the team

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Accountancy eg.LCCI Level3 at least
  • Have 3 years of working experiences in trading organizations
  • Need to have good or advance computer skills especially Microsoft Exel and able to use ERM like accounting software
  • Need to be a problem solver and taking supportive role
  • Able to work well in a dynamic team
  • Must have a good written and spoken English skills
  • Need to apply before 9th February 2023.
