Admin & HR Assistant (Insurance Sector)
Min Education Level
-Be responsible to assist and work closely with senior HR for all HR administration and day to day management
-Be responsible to assist payroll calculations and SSB
-Be responsible to handle HR documents, leave records, attendance records, employment contracts, recruitment & selection process and over time calculations
-Be responsible to arrange and organize the interviews
-Be responsible to deal with related government offices such as SSB, Tax and labour affairs
-Be responsible to order office supplies
-Be responsible to assist clerical admin jobs
-Must be Bachelor Degree holder
-Must be minimum one year experience in HR field
-Must be proficient in computer literate such as Microsoft word, excel & Power Point
-Must be good command of English language skills
-Must be good understanding of labour laws
