Monitored day to day HR & Admin operation & Management & legal issues
Admin must be Handle & manage full set of company fix asset Licenses and Tax process.
Admin musut be proficient in vehicle license application process
Processing payroll, Leave, Tax & SSB which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
Maintaining current HR & Adminstration files and databases
Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
Supporting to HR & Admin Manager for all HR & Admin functions such as recruitment and selection, employee relations, employee engagement process and all admin job
Negotiates salary and administrative components involved in full staff recruiting.
Expert in utilizing social media sources, resume databases, and job boards to source and pursue qualified candidates.
Ensure necessary documentation related to allowances, appointments and contracts are completed for all recruitment.
Develop training and development programs
Monitor and follow-up to ensure timely completion of Probation Review Reports and Performance Evaluation Reports for all staff.
Ensure all staff attendance records, leave records, follow up file in on update status and coordinate with Payroll Section for monthly salary payroll.
Perform other related duties and required by Management.
Manage and arrange for all Admin Job & Operation.

Job Requirements
Prefer from (North Okkalapa Tsp)
At least (5) years’ experience in HR /Admin field
Computer proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP Odoo software (prefer Advance Excel Certificated)
Able to lead and manage the Team effectively & efficiently to support the operation as a business partner
Able to initiate and implement company policies
Possess good social dealing, conceptual , decision making and reporting skill
Able to communicate smoothly and politely with all level of staff
Be a good negotiator and enjoy dealing with people (by phone or in person)
Able to solve the employee problem professionally and able to create positive working environment
Proactive and service oriented
Understand Work Ethic and ability to work with mutual respect
