  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee relationships, and compliance with all applicable laws for Myanmar
  • Review and restore necessary changes on company HR policies to align with business strategies
  • Monitors the compensation and benefits data of the organization to determine the competitiveness of the compensation plan.
  • Manages the human resources budget preparation for the organization, and reviews human resources plans.
  • Providing HR advice and support to line managers and employees, explaining procedures and policies in a timely effective manner
  • Establishing, organizing, and supervising the HR Department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentially
  • Responsible for other duties assigned by Management
  • Oversee and supervise day-to-day operations of the administrative
    department and staff members.
  • Maintain and Control Office Building and Vehicles
  • Supervise the external security service team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline, more preferable in Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Age between 35 to 45 years
  • Must have above 7 years working experiences with Admin & HR Manager
  • Must be familiar with specific laws and regulations governing Human Resources
  • Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to HR
  • Capability to interact with and lead employees at various levels
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and E-mail
