- Responsible for developing appropriate policies and programs for effective human resource management.
- Creating and evaluting career paths , overseeing all HR functions & Admin Functions crafting strategies that meet our business goals.
- Review existing Corporate Human Resources policies and procedures and identify areas of improvements improve on efficiency level.
- Manage the recruitment process including preparing JD, handling employment contracts arranging and conducting interviews.
- Manage the payroll process.
- Monitor employees' performance and assign them in suitable taks.

Job Requirements
- Minimum (5) years of experience in HR.
- Applicants form Construction background wiil be a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in as must and other qualifications in HR or related backgrounds are highly preferred.
- Business English is a must.
- Strong understanding in Labour Law and other HR related knowledge.
- Strong leadership skill and excellent interpersonal.
