* Translate Key data into an effective and commercially focused HR and people strategy, working with senior management and influencing them on the best course of action.
* Coordinate all efforts related to recruitment, onborading and termination of full-time employees. complete periodic reconciliation of benefits and payroll records and rectify issues in a timely manner
* Develop, implement and manage staff performance and professional development plan that aligns with comapny's mission, vission and objectives and drive high performance
* Nurture a positive working environment and define employee relations practices necessary to promote a high level of employee morale, engagement and motivation
* Create and maintain master HR Files, administer HR policies and procedures and employee,s handbook
* Manage day-to-day office operations: oversee and coordiante overall office activities
