  • Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manages the recruitment and selection process
  • Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Handle HR documents, leave records, attendance records, Employment Contracts, Recruitment & Selection, Over Time Calculations
  • Build a positive working environment with highly professional skills
  • Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Maintains pay plan and benefits program
  • Reports to management and provides decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the issues concerning with building and compound (Office, Meal, Lighting, AC, General maintenance and repairing, etc)
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Manage & Maintain the company’s fixed assets
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • All other administrative matters outlined by management.
  • Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data
  • Oversee visa administration for foreign employees.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduated or degree in HR Management, Business Management and Administration.
  • Good command of English and Myanmar language, both orally and in writing.
  • Excellent in MS excel advanced level.
  • Over 4 years experiences in related job field.
  • Must be able to travel if needed.
