Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-Be responsible to set up rules and regulations for HR improvement to explain company benefits, policies and procedures to employees

-Be responsible to draw the benefits plan for social welfare & staff affairs

-Be responsible for recruiting, short listing and interviewing for all department

-Be responsible for reviewing job description for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with respective managers

-Be respobsible to manage employee attendance, leave management and processing payroll

-Be responsible to review employees performance

-Be responsible for managing and oversee employees' SSB contribution and personal income tax calculation

-Be responsible to manage car, driver and helper

-Be responsible to manage admin department's operation functions

Job Requirements

-Must be Bachelor Degree or Master Degree holder (HRM certificate or diploma holder is preferrable)

-Must be minimum 4 years of experience in administrative and HR Management field

-Must be excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-Must be good in attention to detail, problem solving and negotiation skills

-Must be proficient in MS office

-Must be fluent in English
