Job Description

  1. Must be able to drive and understand cars.
  2. Conducting administrative and security matters.
  3. Expense reports; Preparing and/or editing documents such as memos and invoices.
  4. Coordinating maintenance issues related to the company.
  5. License application; Planning and executing necessary government office matters.
  6. Creating spreadsheets; managing databases; Preparing presentations for Cars Expense
  7. Ordering necessary office supplies.
  8. Managing the company's fixed assets.
  9. Reviewing incoming documents.
  10. Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  11. Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly.
  12. Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
  13. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
  14. Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff
  15. Coordinate office procedures
  16. Supervise and check Car Maintenance/ Data control and office expenses record
  17. Report to Admin Manager

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree and preferred administration or management
  2. Minimum 1- or 2-years’ experience in management field.
  3. Good knowledge in managing vehicles
  4. Must know how to drive and understand about cars.
  5. Must know about the law.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Email
  7. Excellent management, problem-solving skill, interpersonal and communication skill
  8. Able to work under pressure
