Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Coordinate and liaise with different parties to ensure all the leasing documentations are in compliance with regulations
• Prepare and review standard official documentations for leasing including letter of attorney, leasing contracts, tenancy agreements, offer letters, license agreements, etc.
• Assist in monitoring the tenancy administration system and process
• Responsible for the daily operations
• Follow up purchase orders and delivery arrangement in order to support daily operations
• Maintain awareness of potential sources, products and cost saving opportunities
• Review and implement service guideline/ workflow/ operating procedures to streamline the current operations
• Effectively build and maintain key relationship with a client portfolio, ensuring client retention.
• Handle daily customer enquiries and liaise with internal administration and processing teams on share plan operations.
• Participate in vendor selection, maintenance and review the service quality & monitor the performance.
• Accommodation arrangement for expatriates which including hostels.
• Manage and coordinate the office administration projects, such as office renovation and other important projects, etc.
• Prepare budgets and monthly reports.
• Arrange the company activities and outings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree , prefer in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Strong legislative experience
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Above 30 Years old.
• Well-organized, punctual, polite and strong sense of responsibility Attention to details and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and must have assets software knowledge (ERP System)
