Job Description

Coordinate and provide administrative functions.
Prepare and arrange for the office supplies.
Answering Phone Calls
Control the Vehicle (Such as Kilo, fuel consumption)
To prepare operation expenses, Petty Cash Advance, and Claim.
Record daily sales transactions
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Prepare documentation for the sales department
Supporting the sales force with Sales administrative works (Such as data entry, sales data analysis)
Maintain office organization and procedures, records, and files.
Perform other related duties and required of the Sales Department.

Job Requirements

Any bachelor of degree holder
Age between (20-25) years
Must be good computer skills (MS Office and Email)
Prior working experience in a similar role is preferred
Good Communication and pleasant personality

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Renewable)
